Who you are

You are an experienced financial systems analyst with a technical mindset and functional domain expertise in finance and operations. With a thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and functionality, you are adept at configuring and customizing D365 ERP for evolving business processes. Your experience includes managing D365 F&O configurations, customizations, and integrations while ensuring compliance with security protocols and data privacy standards. You have conducted risk assessments and impact analyses for new processes, features, or custom flows, implementing safeguards to protect critical business data and operations.

You have a strong project management background, capable of overseeing all key phases of development including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and go-live success. Your expertise extends to architecting and implementing solutions in D365 F&O, focusing on modules such as GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, Inventory, and Cash and Bank Management. You are skilled in designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom components in D365 F&O using X++, Visual Studio, and other relevant technologies.

Desirable

Experience with financial systems in a high-tech environment is a plus. Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements will enhance your candidacy. What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage D365 F&O configurations, ensuring that all customizations align with business needs and compliance requirements. You will conduct thorough risk assessments for new features and processes, implementing necessary safeguards to protect sensitive data. Your responsibilities will include project management across all phases of development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

You will architect and implement solutions in D365 F&O, focusing on key financial modules. This includes designing and developing custom components using X++ and Visual Studio, as well as integrating D365 with other systems to streamline operations. You will collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Your role will also involve testing and validating new features and customizations, ensuring they meet business requirements and function as intended. You will provide training and support to end-users, helping them navigate the D365 system effectively. As a senior analyst, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes within the organization.
