You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in growth and e-commerce, where you've successfully driven conversion improvements through data analysis and experimentation. Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights that enhance customer experiences. You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations. You are adept at leading initiatives that require a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, particularly in optimizing customer flows and enhancing digital experiences.

Desirable

Experience with consumer insights projects, such as conducting surveys and focus groups, is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO and A/B testing, will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about improving user experiences through innovative solutions.

What you'll do

As the Product Growth Lead for Starlink, you will own the end-to-end conversion funnel for Starlink.com, focusing on improving acquisition and checkout flows. You will develop and lead an experimentation roadmap that includes A/B testing and funnel optimization to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates. Your responsibilities will also include creating pre-purchase customer education content to enhance user understanding and engagement. You will analyze customer insights and feedback to inform product decisions and drive growth strategies. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure that all initiatives align with the overall goals of enhancing the customer experience and expanding access to high-speed internet.
