You have a strong background in SQL and statistical methods, enabling you to perform in-depth analyses of consumer metrics and develop forecasting models for subscriber growth and revenue projections. Your ability to incorporate external factors like competitive landscapes and economic indicators into your analyses sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on consumer metrics and insights, conducting research and reporting to support data-driven decisions that accelerate subscriber growth and enhance user value. You will create and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Your analyses will inform pricing and retention initiatives, optimizing acquisition strategies for the Starlink service.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consumer adoption and expansion, leveraging your insights to influence strategic decisions. Your work will directly impact the growth of SpaceX's Starlink service, connecting consumers in remote and underserved areas with low-latency broadband internet.
