You have a strong background in hardware engineering, particularly in developing RF filters and resonators. Your experience includes performing FEM simulations and working with MEMS technology, which is crucial for optimizing resonator performance. You understand the intricacies of piezoelectric materials and their applications in advanced filter designs. Desirable

Experience with XBAW technology or similar RF filter technologies would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with satellite communication systems and their requirements can enhance your contributions to the team. A background in materials science or a related field would also be beneficial, as it complements your understanding of the materials used in RF applications.

What you'll do

As a BAW Device Engineer at SpaceX, you will play a critical role in the development and improvement of XBAW resonators. Your primary responsibility will be to perform FEM simulations to analyze and optimize resonator designs, ensuring they meet performance specifications. You will collaborate closely with other engineers to support filter designs that are integral to the Starlink project, contributing to the mission of connecting the world through innovative satellite technology.

You will engage in hands-on testing and validation of RF filters, analyzing data to refine designs and improve performance metrics. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the satellite communication systems that SpaceX is developing.
