You have a background in hardware reliability and quality assurance, with experience in documenting production non-conformances and resolving quality-related issues. You understand the importance of maintaining high standards in manufacturing and installation processes, ensuring that products meet the required specifications and performance criteria. Your attention to detail and analytical skills enable you to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in product quality.
Desirable
Experience in the aerospace or telecommunications industry is a plus, as is familiarity with quality management systems and procedures. You may have worked with satellite technology or broadband systems, giving you insights into the unique challenges of ensuring reliability in these products. What you'll do
As a Hardware Reliability Technician on the Starlink team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and quality of Starlink products. You will communicate and resolve quality-related issues as they arise, working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to address any concerns. Your responsibilities will include documenting production non-conformances in accordance with prescribed procedures and processes, ensuring that all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner. You will support the implementation of quality management system policies and procedures, contributing to the overall success of the Starlink product line.
You will also be involved in root cause analysis, identifying the underlying factors contributing to quality issues and collaborating with teams to develop and implement corrective actions. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of Starlink products, helping to provide fast and reliable internet to millions of users worldwide.
