Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in hardware development, particularly in designing and testing electronic systems. Your background includes working with embedded systems and a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles. You are adept at analyzing failure modes and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability. Your experience with environmental testing ensures that hardware can withstand harsh conditions, and you are familiar with thermal analysis and mechanical design considerations. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can work collaboratively across disciplines, including software and antenna engineering. You are passionate about contributing to innovative projects that have a significant impact on global communications.
Desirable
Experience with satellite communication systems or broadband technologies is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in hardware design will be beneficial. You may also have experience in project management or leading small teams, which would enhance your contributions to the Starlink project.
What you'll do
As a Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, build, and testing of electronics for the Starlink ground stations.
