Experience with satellite communication systems or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software will enhance your ability to create detailed site plans and hardware designs. What you'll do

As a Senior Gateway Site Development Engineer, you will lead the design of antenna sites and associated hardware to support the Starlink project. Your responsibilities will include developing site build-out plans in collaboration with international partners, ensuring that all designs meet performance and regulatory requirements. You will engage in hands-on hardware design initiatives, creating innovative solutions for mounting antennas and connecting power sources. Your role will involve extensive project management, where you will oversee the rollout of global antenna sites, ensuring that they align with Starlink's growth objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address engineering challenges and implement best practices in site development. Expect to travel frequently to various countries to assess site conditions and collaborate with local teams, making your work both impactful and adventurous.
