You have a strong background in hardware reliability engineering, with experience in designing and executing long-term reliability tests during product development and qualification. You are a responsible partner to design engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring manufacturability and process reliability for flight hardware. What you'll do
As a Hardware Reliability Engineer on the Starlink Aviation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of aviation products throughout their lifecycle. You will design and execute long-term reliability tests during the initial product development and qualification phases, collaborating with design engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure that products are manufacturable and reliable. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and validating test and inspection processes that meet rigorous standards for flight hardware.
You will also analyze test data to identify trends and potential failure modes, providing insights that will inform design improvements and enhance product reliability. Your work will directly impact the performance and safety of aviation products, contributing to the overall success of the Starlink program.
