What you'll do
As a Hardware Reliability Engineer on the Starlink team, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving production issues that affect hardware reliability. You will conduct thorough root cause analyses to understand failures and implement process improvements that enhance the quality of our products. Your role will involve close collaboration with design and manufacturing teams to ensure that all engineering and production processes are optimized for reliability.
You will be hands-on with the hardware, gaining intimate knowledge of the design and manufacturing processes.
