What you'll do

As the Lead Construction Superintendent at SpaceX, you will be the face of new construction for the Hawthorne campus, overseeing all aspects of site management. You will manage construction site logistics, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation. Your independent judgment will be crucial in planning and supervising construction projects across SpaceX campuses, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

You will implement and enforce SpaceX safety policies, driving a culture of safety on the job site through collaboration with contractors and internal partners. Daily field coordination and conflict resolution will be key responsibilities, as you work closely with various stakeholders to address any issues that arise. Your role will also involve managing site logistics, including daily deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, and staging of materials purchased by SpaceX.
