You thrive in environments where you can solve complex problems and contribute to high-impact projects, especially in the aerospace or technology sectors. Your background includes programming and operating automated equipment, ensuring that production lines run smoothly and efficiently. You are adept at triaging non-conforming products and implementing preventative actions to maintain quality standards. You have a strong grasp of process development and validation, particularly under tight timelines, and you are committed to ensuring design integrity throughout the manufacturing process.
Desirable
Experience with high-volume manufacturing processes is a plus, as is familiarity with the aerospace industry. You may have worked with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and have a keen eye for detail that helps you identify potential issues before they arise. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders is essential, as is your willingness to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will execute new product introduction builds across various work centers, ensuring that all processes are aligned with the production goals of the Starlink project. You will program, load, and operate automated equipment, playing a crucial role in the efficiency of the manufacturing process. When non-conforming products arise, you will be responsible for triaging these issues and driving resolutions, implementing preventative actions to avoid future occurrences. You will also resolve production issues while maintaining design integrity and product quality, ensuring that delivery timelines are met. Your work will involve performing process development and validation on new models, often under aggressive timelines, to support the successful transition of products from development to full-scale production.
