What you'll do

As a Production Supervisor for the Injection Molding team at SpaceX, you will coordinate the efforts of electronics production associates, ensuring that production schedules are met and that the team operates efficiently. You will enforce area standards and run rules, conducting bi-annual reviews and managing disciplinary actions as necessary. Your role will involve prioritizing work based on production schedules and organizational goals, ensuring that all team members are aligned and focused on achieving targets.

You will interface with area leadership to communicate production needs and challenges, facilitating collaboration between teams to minimize interruptions and maintain a steady workflow. Your responsibilities will include scheduling risk identification and mitigation efforts, proactively addressing potential production issues before they impact output.

Quality assurance will be a key focus of your role, as you will coordinate support organization efforts to ensure that all products meet the high standards expected by SpaceX. You will play a crucial role in the transition from initial prototyping to full-scale production, driving the team to achieve excellence in manufacturing user terminals for the Starlink project.
