What you'll do
As an Inventory Specialist at SpaceX, you will manage the inbound material process, ensuring that all materials are received, stored, and issued accurately to support shop operations. You will monitor inventory levels and maintain oversight of RFI backlogs to ensure that materials are delivered within target timelines. You will support daily and weekly team meetings, contributing to discussions on how to improve inventory processes and meet the needs of the development team.
Your role will involve receiving and storing raw materials, parts, and hardware, as well as issuing these items to various engineering teams. You will also be responsible for monitoring department consumables, ensuring that the team has the necessary supplies to operate efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be crucial in maintaining inventory integrity and supporting the overall goals of the Starlink Development Operations team.
