What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives that aim to enhance the Starlink customer experience. You will conduct technical analyses to identify areas for improvement and work closely with various teams to prioritize and implement solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to support decision-making processes and ensuring that the recommendations you provide are actionable and effective.

You will be involved in daily operations, supporting both short-term execution and long-term planning. Your role will require you to collaborate with different subgroups, including Sales & Operations Planning, Customer Retention, and Analytics, to drive improvements across the board. You will also be expected to lead cross-functional discussions and contribute to the overall strategy of the Starlink Growth Business Operations team.
