SpaceX is seeking an Operations Engineer for the Starlink Production team to design processes and systems for manufacturing user terminals and other components. This role requires expertise in factory design and project management.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the design of user terminal production factories, focusing on both physical and digital aspects. This includes determining building requirements, facility resources, and part flow to meet ambitious production targets. You will take ownership of floor layouts and conduct capacity studies to optimize product flow and ensure timely delivery of products. Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will oversee construction activities and ensure that all project milestones are met. You will also maintain project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise during the production process.
