Who you are

You have experience in production coordination or logistics, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management. You are detail-oriented and capable of monitoring and tracking parts through various stages of production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams. You are proactive in identifying and resolving issues related to system data and demand schedules, ensuring that all metrics-driven actions are completed efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Production Coordinator at SpaceX, you will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and moving parts through the company to ensure timely delivery to the next production location. You will push and pull the physical movement of parts through various work centers, promoting workflow consistency and accuracy while driving down internal logistics lead-time. You will coordinate off-site processing of parts and work closely with production supervisors and managers to ensure all metrics-driven action requirements are completed. Additionally, you will develop and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints for internal and customer use, supporting logistics processes through innovative staging of workflow.
