Who you are

You have a strong background in network engineering, with experience in deploying and maintaining global networking services for government customers. You are proficient in Python, which you use to automate processes and improve existing tools. Your understanding of Terraform enables you to manage infrastructure as code effectively, ensuring scalability and reliability in network operations.

Your problem-solving skills allow you to measure and improve uptime, ensuring that critical systems remain operational. What you'll do

As a Network Automation Engineer at SpaceX, you will be responsible for deploying, upgrading, and maintaining the Starshield service provider network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement monitoring strategies that provide visibility into network performance. Your role will involve scaling the network to meet the demands of government customers while ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and securely.

You will take ownership of the design and implementation of tooling that enhances the operational capabilities of the network.
