You have 5+ years of experience in production project engineering, particularly in construction and infrastructure projects. Your background includes hands-on experience with heavy civil and utility components, allowing you to effectively manage complex projects from inception to completion. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including construction project managers, facility engineers, and designers, to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Your expertise in AutoCAD and project management tools enables you to create detailed project plans and oversee their execution. You are adept at identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions proactively, ensuring that projects stay on schedule and within budget. Your strong communication skills allow you to liaise effectively with vendors and internal partners, fostering a collaborative environment that drives positive change.

What you'll do

As a Senior Production Project Engineer at SpaceX, you will lead the planning and execution of new facility construction and renovation projects at the Starlink production facility. You will work closely with a team of elite engineers across multiple disciplines to design and build infrastructure that supports the deployment of the world’s most advanced broadband internet system. Your role will involve coordinating with construction project managers to ensure that all aspects of the projects are aligned with SpaceX's goals and timelines.

You will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
