Who you are
You are a highly skilled SPMT Maintenance Specialist with extensive experience in maintaining and troubleshooting complex transport systems. Your background includes working with heavy transport equipment, such as SPMTs and conventional trailers, ensuring their operational efficiency and reliability. You possess advanced technical expertise and have a proactive approach to leadership, driving safety and mentoring team members to enhance performance. You are adept at implementing innovative solutions that improve system reliability and efficiency, and you thrive in environments where production is continuous and maintenance must be performed without interruption.
Desirable
Experience with risk analysis and condition monitoring systems is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest technologies in transport systems. You have a strong understanding of maintenance strategies that align with production goals, and you are comfortable collaborating with engineers and technicians to develop effective solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy transport equipment, ensuring that your team is proficient in these areas. You will implement process improvements and physical upgrades to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
