You are passionate about mentoring and developing your team, helping them grow in their roles while achieving production goals.

What you'll do

As the Production Supervisor for Spacecraft Propulsion, you will lead a dedicated team of technicians in the assembly and testing of propulsion components — your role is crucial in ensuring that these components meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. You will oversee the assembly process, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the team operates efficiently.

You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration within your team and with peer teams — your leadership will promote open communication and teamwork, which are vital for the success of the propulsion components team. You will also be tasked with setting performance metrics and monitoring technician utilization to optimize production workflows.

In this role, you will engage in hands-on problem-solving, addressing any challenges that arise during the assembly and testing phases — your mechanical expertise will be invaluable as you guide your team through complex tasks. You will also play a key role in training new technicians, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them succeed in their roles.
