You are passionate about mentoring and developing your team, helping them grow in their roles while achieving production goals.
What you'll do
As the Production Supervisor for Spacecraft Propulsion, you will lead a dedicated team of technicians in the assembly and testing of propulsion components — your role is crucial in ensuring that these components meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. You will oversee the assembly process, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the team operates efficiently.
