Experience with high-rate manufacturing solutions and assembly line processes is a plus. What you'll do

As the Manager of Production for Starship Electronics, you will oversee the assembly and testing of a variety of electronic components, including cameras, radios, batteries, and inverters. You will manage a team of production supervisors and technicians, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to meet production goals.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes that prioritize reliability and cost-effectiveness. This includes driving the creation of high-rate linear assembly lines that will produce the next generation of hybrid-electric vehicles for space exploration.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure that production processes align with design specifications and quality standards.
