You are detail-oriented and capable of creating comprehensive documentation, including schematics and standard operating procedures, to support AV operations.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Your ability to serve as a subject matter expert in advanced AV technologies enables you to research and implement innovative solutions that enhance the user experience. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving best practices in AV support.

What you'll do

In this role, you will plan, manage, and maintain AV projects and events, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service. You will document project delivery processes and manage relationships with internal and external partners to execute AV initiatives successfully. As the owner of AV systems at SpaceX, you will create and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices to guide the helpdesk teams in providing exceptional support.

You will support AV solutions across the company, both locally and remotely, and may need to travel to different SpaceX sites as required. Your responsibilities will also include planning new equipment installations and configurations, particularly during office expansion projects. You will serve as an escalation point for IT services, ensuring that all AV-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
