What you'll do

As the Senior Manager for User Products in Starshield Missions, you will lead a team of Mission Integration Engineers and Mission Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to integrate Starshield user products, such as user terminals, into US Government platforms and systems. You will serve as the main liaison for ongoing feature definition and development of new products, ensuring that they align with government needs and requirements.

You will oversee the integration process across mission and contract lifecycles, ensuring that all aspects of the user products meet the necessary standards. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to define product features and requirements, as well as representing Starshield User Products to the US Government. You will be responsible for addressing any challenges that arise during the integration process and ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver high-quality results.
