What you'll do

As the Supervisor of Test Operations, you will oversee daily shop floor activities, ensuring that assignments are completed efficiently and on schedule. You will lead a team of 10+ workers, managing their performance and fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include contributing to production builds and implementing efficiency improvement measures to enhance productivity.

You will review work instructions and design updates, making recommendations for changes when necessary. Your role will require you to take extreme ownership of the operations and build queue across all shifts, ensuring that production goals are met consistently. You will also initiate and promote a spirit of cooperation within and between shifts and other departments, enhancing overall team dynamics.
