What you'll do

As the Supervisor of Optical Transceiver Production, you will lead a team of hourly employees responsible for the build, test, and troubleshooting of optical transceivers. You will manage the production line, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve assessing employee performance, facilitating conflict resolution, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of operations, including manufacturing process development and design feedback. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, as you work towards expanding global connectivity through the Starlink project.
