What you'll do

As the Supervisor of the Precision Machining team, you will lead and manage a dedicated group of machinists and technicians, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will provide technical guidance to your team, helping them navigate challenging machining issues and develop their skills. Your role will involve managing schedules, timecards, and performance evaluations for your direct reports, ensuring that each team member is supported in their professional growth. You will regularly assess machine and labor configurations to optimize production efficiency and meet customer demand. By driving operational improvements, you will enhance cycle times, reduce costs, and elevate the quality of the machined parts produced. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of processes and ensuring that all team members are aligned with operational standards.
