What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at SpaceX, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will meet regularly with client groups to discuss headcount needs, new requisitions, and hiring strategies, acting as a trusted partner rather than just an order taker. Your role will involve screening candidates who apply to various requisitions, ensuring that you identify those who align with SpaceX's mission and values. You will also proactively source candidates, recognizing that some of the best talent may not be actively looking for new roles.

You will discuss your candidate screenings with client groups, providing recommendations based on your assessments. Your ability to articulate the benefits of working at SpaceX will be crucial in attracting top talent. You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires, helping them transition into their roles effectively.
