Who you are

You have a strong security mindset and hands-on experience in enterprise security architecture. With a background in governance and compliance, you understand the importance of maintaining security policies and standards to ensure continuous audit readiness. You are skilled in conducting security assessments on vendors and partners, enforcing compliance standards effectively.

Your expertise includes designing and implementing a Zero Trust/Least Privilege IAM framework, ensuring that access controls are robust and effective. You have a deep understanding of network security architecture and are capable of leading end-to-end audit cycles, including evidence collection and remediation. Your experience in incident response equips you to handle security incidents efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

As the Enterprise Security Architect at SPAN, you will be responsible for building out the enterprise security and compliance program. You will maintain and map security policies and standards, ensuring that the organization is always audit-ready. Leading audit cycles will be a key part of your role, where you will collect evidence and manage remediation efforts.

You will conduct thorough security assessments on third-party vendors and partners, ensuring they meet compliance standards. Your role will also involve architecting and implementing a Zero Trust/Least Privilege IAM framework, which is crucial for safeguarding sensitive information. You will design and own the enterprise network security architecture, ensuring that all systems are secure and resilient.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will develop incident response strategies to effectively manage and mitigate security incidents. Your work will directly contribute to SPAN's mission of enabling electrification for all while ensuring that security is a top priority in all operations.
