You possess a deep understanding of life cycle management and design principles, allowing you to oversee both new and existing tools from conception through delivery into production. Your ability to map business requirements to technical solutions is exceptional, and you thrive in environments where you can ensure technology solutions are developed in accordance with architectural roadmaps and standards.

What you'll do

In your role as Enterprise Systems Architect, you will manage the end-to-end processes of enterprise architectures, ensuring that all systems are integrated and functioning optimally. You will lead initiatives to specify and implement a unified enterprise architecture that supports SPAN's mission of electrification and decarbonization.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the stability and life cycle management of enterprise applications, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of the organization.

You will also drive systems integration activities, working with tools like Boomi to connect various applications and ensure data flows seamlessly across platforms. Your role will involve continuous improvement efforts, where you will assess existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Additionally, you will play a key role in developing future solutions, such as Workday, and ensuring that all technology solutions align with SPAN's architectural guidelines and standards. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
