You have a strong background in technical program management, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment. You excel at aligning priorities across various departments, ensuring that product development processes are efficient and effective. Your analytical skills allow you to establish performance metrics and KPIs that drive project success. You are comfortable collaborating with product managers, engineering managers, and revenue leaders to standardize reporting and improve program outcomes.
You are passionate about sustainability and electrification, understanding the importance of reducing carbon emissions and enhancing the built environment. Your experience in program management has equipped you with the skills to implement strategies that align with organizational objectives. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the product development process at SPAN, working closely with engineering, product, and revenue teams to ensure that all priorities are aligned. You will enhance and implement program strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company's mission of enabling electrification for all. Your responsibilities will include establishing performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress and communicate results effectively.
You will collaborate with other Technical Program Managers across the organization to standardize reporting at both the program and project levels. Analyzing program and project data will be a key part of your role, as you identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance overall performance. You will also play a crucial role in team building and fostering a positive company culture, participating in team events and initiatives that promote collaboration and recognition.
