You have 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on building scalable and maintainable web applications. Your expertise in React and Redux allows you to create dynamic user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You are familiar with A/B testing methodologies and understand the importance of data-driven decisions in optimizing user experiences.

You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality products. Your experience with testing frameworks, particularly in writing end-to-end tests, ensures that the applications you build are robust and reliable. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining code quality through regular code reviews and refactoring.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take full responsibility for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end services that power SplitMetrics' suite of products. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define the team roadmap and architecture based on both technology and business needs. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience of our platforms, including SplitMetrics Acquire and Optimize.

You will actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and security, sharing your knowledge with team members to foster a culture of learning and improvement. As you work to modernize our tech stack, you will help transition legacy approaches to a classic React stack, ensuring that our applications remain competitive and efficient.
