Spotify is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to support the Platform Developer Experience team. You'll collaborate with Product, User Research, Design, and Engineering to guide the evolution of Backstage and Portal through data-informed decision making.

Who you are
You have a strong background in data science, with experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance user experiences. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, User Research, Design, and Engineering, allows you to effectively guide product evolution through data-informed decision making. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a keen understanding of how to extract insights that drive business growth.
You possess excellent analytical skills and are proficient in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques. Your experience with data visualization tools enables you to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner. You are passionate about using data to solve real-world problems and improve user experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the Platform team, focusing on enhancing the Developer Experience at Spotify. You will analyze user data to identify trends and insights that inform product development and strategy. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will help shape the direction of Backstage and Portal, ensuring that they meet the needs of developers and users alike.
You will be responsible for designing experiments and analyzing the results to guide product decisions. Your insights will play a crucial role in optimizing the tools and frameworks that support Spotify's rapid growth.
