Spotify is hiring a Fullstack Product Engineer to develop and enhance their Confidence platform, enabling teams to iterate on ideas and make informed decisions. Who you are
You are a product engineer with a strong background in full-stack development, particularly in Java and React. You thrive on solving complex problems and take ownership of your projects from start to finish. Your experience includes working with various technologies and tools, allowing you to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a keen interest in utilizing AI tooling to enhance product development.
You have a passion for experimentation and understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in product development. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders enables you to bridge gaps and foster collaboration. You are proactive in seeking innovative solutions and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Desirable
Experience with SaaS products is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities. A background in user experience design or product management would also be beneficial, as it allows you to contribute to the overall product vision and strategy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the Confidence platform at Spotify, which supports experimentation across various functions. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and come up with innovative solutions that address their challenges. Your work will involve both backend and frontend development, ensuring a seamless user experience.
You will participate in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, and will be expected to iterate quickly based on user feedback and data insights. Your contributions will directly impact the way teams at Spotify and external customers approach experimentation and product development.
You will work alongside a team of skilled engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative environment. Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the overall growth of the team.
