Who you are

You are a Content Designer with a strong background in creating engaging and intuitive content for digital experiences. You thrive at the intersection of language, systems, and intelligence, and you are excited about the challenge of giving voice to agentic, AI-powered experiences. You have a keen understanding of how users express intent and navigate recommendations, and you are motivated to enhance user interactions through clear and expressive content. You are comfortable with ambiguity and emerging technology, and you are eager to contribute to a multidisciplinary team that builds some of the world’s most loved audio experiences.

You have experience designing product copy and content systems, and you are confident in your ability to create content that feels personal, playful, and deeply intuitive. You understand the importance of user feedback and are skilled at designing conversational flows and system language that help users steer recommendations with confidence. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join the Personalization Design team at Spotify, where you will help define how users interact with music, podcasts, and audiobooks. You will design content that enhances the discovery experience, making it more engaging and user-driven. Your work will involve creating prompts, feedback mechanisms, and conversational flows that guide users in shaping their recommendations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the content aligns with Spotify's brand voice and enhances the overall user experience.

You will be responsible for conducting user research to understand how users engage with content and using those insights to inform your design decisions. You will iterate on your designs based on user feedback and analytics, ensuring that the content you create resonates with listeners. You will also stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the content design process.
