What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the development of AI observability and evaluation tools that help teams track the behavior of large language models during production. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to define the paved road for instrumenting and monitoring AI workloads. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements from stakeholders, prioritizing features, and ensuring that the tools meet the needs of technical users. You will also be responsible for measuring the performance of AI products and implementing strategies for consistent refinement.

You will lead product roadmapping efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and user needs. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product enhancements. You will work with data scientists and ML engineers to ensure that the tools you develop are effective and user-friendly.
