What you'll do

As a Shift Trader, you will actively monitor real-time exposures across Squarepoint’s trading activities, ensuring that risks are managed effectively. You will be responsible for executing hedging actions according to established procedures and monitoring profit and loss metrics to maintain continuity during market holidays. Your role will also involve overseeing systematic trading strategies, responding to alerts, and ensuring the smooth operation of trading processes. Additionally, you will perform ad-hoc trading and operations tasks as they arise, supporting internal teams with issue escalation and resolution. You will engage with stakeholders to identify new requirements and extend team responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the Central Trading & Monitoring team.
