Your background includes working closely with engineering teams to ensure product scalability and integration with third-party services.

You possess a strong understanding of data management principles and have leveraged AI/ML techniques to drive product innovation — your ability to create a solid data model is complemented by your experience in overseeing data synchronization and integration strategies. You are a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the product vision.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and own the CRM data model strategy, ensuring it meets the needs of various teams across the organization. You will guide the execution of scalable platform decisions for the CRM backend, supporting future product growth and complexity. You will oversee the strategy for third-party integrations, managing data import, export, and synchronization capabilities for the CRM platform. Additionally, you will leverage the latest advancements in data management to drive data normalization and automated insights within the CRM backend.
