You are familiar with the full lifecycle of customer data, from ingestion and aggregation to insight generation and distribution. You prioritize compliance and security in your work, ensuring that all data infrastructure adheres to strict standards. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams allows you to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building low-latency data pipelines that ingest and aggregate customer data from various sources. You will leverage this data to develop advanced analytics and generate comprehensive customer insights that inform marketing strategies. Your work will involve creating high-performance APIs that distribute these insights, enabling data-driven decision-making for our customers.

You will collaborate closely with a high-performing team, reporting to the Engineering Team Manager. Your contributions will directly impact how Squarespace users engage with their audiences, helping them to create targeted and automated marketing campaigns. You will also ensure that all data handling processes comply with security standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of customer information.
