You have a strong background in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products that resonate with users. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-centric. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a positive attitude that helps you navigate challenges effectively.

Your design process is informed by research and user feedback, ensuring that the solutions you create are aligned with customer needs. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences. Your ability to iterate on designs based on feedback is a testament to your commitment to continuous improvement.

You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, which you use to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Your understanding of design principles and user experience best practices allows you to craft intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement. You are also comfortable presenting your designs and rationale to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Product Designer at StackAdapt, you will play a crucial role in designing products that empower marketers to achieve their goals. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback.

You will work alongside Engineers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and effectively. Your ability to communicate design concepts clearly will facilitate collaboration across teams, helping to align everyone on the vision for the product. You will also participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback into your own work.

Your role will involve staying updated on industry trends and best practices in product design, allowing you to bring fresh ideas to the table. You will contribute to the overall user experience strategy, ensuring that our products remain user-friendly and competitive in the market. Your work will directly impact the success of our marketing automation platform, helping our customers thrive in their campaigns.
