You have a strong background in data engineering, with experience building data pipelines from various sources and APIs. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to analyze data effectively, ensuring that business requirements are met and inconsistencies are identified and resolved. You are familiar with distributed systems and understand the importance of scalability and resilience in data architecture.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to drive insights and improve decision-making. Your hands-on experience with tools like Apache Spark and Airflow enables you to optimize and support current data processes efficiently. You are committed to delivering high-quality results and continuously improving data workflows.
What you'll do
As a Data Engineer II at Stackline, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines that process over a billion data points each week. You will analyze data to ensure that it meets business requirements, identifying any inconsistencies and optimizing processes as needed. Your role will involve writing code and implementing solutions that enhance data ingestion and cleansing.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide the necessary support to help them achieve their goals. This includes working on projects that leverage your technical skills to create actionable insights for leading consumer brands. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues, ensuring that the systems you build are robust and reliable.
