Job Description
Who you are
You are a full-stack engineer with a strong background in building scalable web applications — you have experience shipping features across frontend and backend, and you understand the importance of performance and usability in product development. You thrive in environments where you can think in systems and are passionate about creating seamless user experiences. Your technical expertise allows you to work across APIs, authentication, infrastructure, and frontend technologies, ensuring that the tools you build are both effective and user-friendly.
You have a solid understanding of integration systems and are excited about the potential of AI in enhancing SaaS products — your experience with real-time architectures and managed authentication systems positions you well to contribute to our innovative projects. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, which helps you navigate complex technical challenges while maintaining a focus on scalability and reliability.
Desirable
Experience with AI technologies or machine learning frameworks would be a plus, as we are pushing the boundaries of tool calling for agents. Familiarity with security best practices in software development is also beneficial, as we prioritize safety in our integrations.
What you'll do
As a Product Engineer at StackOne, you will be responsible for ideating, building, and shipping features that enhance our integration platform — your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the tools you develop meet the needs of our users. You will work on core APIs that facilitate seamless interactions between various SaaS products and AI agents, focusing on delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade integrations.
You will also be involved in scaling our infrastructure to support the growing demands of our platform — this includes optimizing performance and ensuring that our systems can handle increased loads without compromising on reliability. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience, making tool execution easy, safe, and predictable.
In addition to development work, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team — your insights will help shape our product roadmap and ensure that we are building solutions that are not only functional but also innovative. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
What we offer
At StackOne, we believe in creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can thrive — we offer a hybrid work setup, typically requiring two days in the office, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and making a real impact in the SaaS integration space. We provide competitive compensation and benefits, including a Cycle2Work scheme and support for electric cars, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and employee well-being.
