Statista is hiring a Junior Tax Manager to coordinate VAT returns and advise on tax law. You'll work on projects related to e-invoicing and tax compliance. This position requires a degree in economics with a focus on tax or finance.

You have a successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on tax or finance, or you have completed training in a related field. You are eager to learn and grow within the tax domain, and you have a keen interest in VAT and corporate tax law. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to contribute your ideas to optimize tax processes. You appreciate the importance of data and facts in making informed decisions, aligning with Statista's mission.
What you'll do
In this role, you will coordinate VAT returns for our German and European Statista companies, ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will work on various projects that cover topics such as e-invoicing and withholding tax processes, collaborating closely with our experienced tax team. You will also assist in preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation for our operations in Germany and abroad. Additionally, you will support the establishment and further development of our tax compliance management system, contributing your insights to enhance our tax processes.
