What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of Stensul's first Generative AI application, setting the groundwork for future AI/ML initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the integration of AI productivity gains across the company. Your responsibilities will include developing machine learning models, optimizing algorithms, and ensuring data quality throughout the process. You will also mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices in coding and data modeling.
