You have a strong background in machine learning, with experience in developing and deploying advanced AI solutions. Your expertise includes working with Large Language Models and techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Few-Shot Learning. You are skilled in Prompt Engineering and Fine-Tuning, and you understand the nuances of Semantic Search and Knowledge Distillation. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about pushing the frontiers of risk management through innovative technology.
You possess a deep understanding of AI/ML principles and have a track record of applying these in real-world scenarios. You are not just technically proficient but also have a keen interest in how these technologies can enhance user experiences and drive business value. You are a problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges and finding creative solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building advanced AI/ML solutions that enhance AuditBoard's product portfolio. You will leverage your skills to develop features such as chat systems, agentic workflows, and intelligent data extraction. Your work will directly contribute to improving user experiences and providing personalized insights for our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to ensure that the AI solutions you develop align with business objectives and customer needs.
You will also be involved in the entire lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from ideation and design to implementation and monitoring. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, ensuring that AuditBoard remains at the forefront of technology in the audit and risk management space. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and share your knowledge, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
