Desirable

Experience in the RV or camping industry is a plus, as is familiarity with distributed systems and service-oriented architectures. You are comfortable with technical risk management and have a knack for embedding resilience into infrastructure and applications.

What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Storable's RV & Camping platform, you will define and execute a product-aligned engineering strategy that advances the platform's capabilities. You will oversee the design, development, and scaling of cloud-native applications that serve global customers, ensuring their stability and performance. Your role will involve leading modernization initiatives to evolve legacy systems, while also championing best-in-class engineering practices across distributed teams.

You will work closely with product management to translate business priorities into clear engineering roadmaps, complete with KPIs and milestones. Your responsibilities will include anticipating and mitigating technical risks, embedding resilience into the infrastructure, and ensuring that your team adheres to standardized development processes that accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.

What we offer

Storable offers a competitive salary range of $160,000—$180,000 AUD, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
