You have 15-20 years of experience in quality assurance and quality engineering, with a strong background in developing and implementing QA strategies. You possess a deep understanding of both manual and automated testing frameworks, ensuring high-quality product releases across diverse product lines.

You are a natural leader, capable of building, mentoring, and managing a cross-functional QA team that includes manual testers, automation engineers, and performance testers. You foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team, focusing on the development of team members’ skills and career growth.

Your expertise in establishing and enforcing best practices for testing methodologies, tools, and processes aligns with Agile and DevOps practices. You have a proven track record of overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing across various platforms, including mobile apps and backend services.

You are adept at driving the adoption and expansion of test automation across product suites, ensuring continuous quality improvements by analyzing defect patterns and implementing long-term solutions. Your proactive approach to risk management allows you to identify potential risks to product quality early in the development cycle and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and implement the company’s QA strategy, ensuring effective execution of testing strategies across all product lines. You will set quality goals and KPIs for your teams to measure success and track progress, driving the overall quality assurance efforts of the organization.

You will lead a cross-functional QA team, guiding them in the execution of testing processes and best practices. Your responsibilities will include building and mentoring the QA team, focusing on continuous development and fostering a culture of improvement.
