You have extensive experience in IT support, ideally with a background in onboarding and offboarding processes. Your technical skills enable you to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues effectively, ensuring that employees have the tools they need to succeed from day one. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a high-performing workplace. You understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and are adept at managing help desk requests with a high level of professionalism. Your ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users sets you apart, making you a valuable asset to the team.
Desirable
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus. Familiarity with various operating systems and hardware configurations will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in identifying potential issues before they escalate and are always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring that new hires are equipped with the necessary hardware, software, and access from day one. You will partner with People Operations to facilitate the secure return of assets and manage access revocation for departing employees. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, responding to help desk requests and managing tickets to maintain a high level of service. You will also play a key role in maintaining the technology infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and that employees can work without interruptions. Your contributions will directly impact the productivity and satisfaction of your colleagues, making your role essential to the success of Strava's mission.
