Stripe is hiring a Community Enablement Lead to create resources and initiatives for Community Builders. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance community engagement around Stripe's products. This role requires experience in community management and enablement.

Who you are

You have a strong background in community management, ideally with experience in enablement or content functions within a brand's community organization. Your passion for fostering relationships and building communities is evident in your previous work, especially with startups and small businesses. You have a knack for crafting enablement materials that resonate with external audiences, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to thrive. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product marketing and communications, to develop strategies that enhance community engagement. Your ability to experiment with new engagement methods showcases your innovative approach to community building. You understand the importance of staying up to date with the latest product launches and are eager to share that knowledge with community builders.

What you'll do

As the Community Enablement Lead at Stripe, you will be responsible for creating content and initiatives that empower Stripe Community Builders. This includes crafting resources that help them engage their communities around key Stripe products and messages. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the materials you develop are aligned with Stripe's overall messaging and goals. Your role will involve developing initiatives that coach Community Builders, helping them increase their knowledge of Stripe and stay informed about the latest launches. You will create and manage ongoing touchpoints, such as newsletters or virtual events, to support and enable Community Builders at scale. Your efforts will directly contribute to fostering strong communities that engage with Stripe's products and services. You will also experiment with new ways to engage and enable your audience, ensuring that the community remains vibrant and active.
