You have a proven track record in enablement or a related field, with experience in building and managing partner ecosystems. Your ability to foster collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams is essential, as you will be the connective tissue that drives productivity and impact. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. What you'll do
As the Enablement Lead, Ecosystem, you will play a critical role in enhancing the productivity of GitLab's partner network. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement enablement strategies that empower partners to succeed.
