What you'll do

As the SOX IT Controls Lead, you will be a key member of Stripe’s Internal Controls over Financial Reporting Compliance function. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement a strong ICFR program that builds confidence for Stripe's investor community. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all IT controls are effectively monitored and maintained. Your role will involve collaborating with IT and finance teams to ensure that all systems and processes comply with SOX requirements. You will also be responsible for training and guiding team members on compliance best practices, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency within the organization.
